Arrive 30 minutes before class. Check-in for new students closes 10 minutes prior to class start time.
- No food at least three hours before class.
- Drink plenty of water up to one hour before class.
- Wear a fitted outfit so you can see your form.
- Be prepared to stay for the entire ninety minutes.
- Showers and locker facilities are complimentary.
- We sell bottled water, yoga apparel and rent mats and towels.
- Observe silence in practice space at all times.
- Be early for there is no entry once class has started
- Avoid heavy perfume, cologne and make-up.
- Stay in class for the entire ninety minutes.
- Leave all personal belongings in locker room.
- Limit your shower time to 3 minutes.
- Advise instructor of any injuries before class.
